resolved No Title Live Action TV
A few years ago I saw a TV show where rich kids were sent to poor places to live there for a while. The episode I remember featured a California girl sent to an Indian village. Does anyone remember the title of the show?
resolved Folders Live Action TV
I've got a Funny page that's rather unwieldy. I want to give each episode its own folder, BUT each episode's heading links to its recap page. How do I do the folders while preserving the links?
resolved What exactly was Zero Context about this example Live Action TV
I made this page today and I explained everything that happened in the scene and why it was sad and more and it still got deleted.
resolved Page splitting procedure - Alex Rider (2020) Live Action TV
Hello,
Ahead of Season 3 premiering on April 3, I have been planning to split off the Alex Rider live-action series from the pages relating to the books, given that it has distinct characters and continuity, and the ill-fated 2006 movie adaptation has its own page too.
However, I just wanted to double-check the procedure for performing this hard split (if indeed it is appropriate to do this), and what to do with the original Series/AlexRider page, given the large number of inbound links — should it become a redirect? I think only the Series/, YMMV/, Awesome/ and Funny/ pages need to be moved to a new Alex Rider (2020) namespace, and wicks changed to reflect this?
I've asked in the splitting merged works thread but received no response.
Thanks, Azorius 24
Edited by Azorius24resolved Page deleted as "created by ban evader" Live Action TV
The page The Office USS 7 E 21 Michaels Last Dundies was deleted for the reason as stated in the title, but it's otherwise a perfectly valid page to have, and it is presently the only episode of The Office (US) not recapped (webisodes aside).
Is it OK to recreate?
resolved Non-Trope Trivia section on Trivia page Live Action TV
I noticed that the trivia page for Deadliest Warrior has a section for non-trope trivia, which is not a section I've seen on any other trivia page. Should this be cut?
resolved Trope: Baby Played By A Blanket? Live Action TV
A baby (sometimes even a young toddler) is present in a scene but the script doesn't require them to do anything (except maybe cry, babble, or coo, but that can be added in post). Very commonly in those cases, and for good reasons, the baby is not played by an actual baby, but represented by a vaguely baby-shaped rolled-up blanket (often containing a doll). Because faces are hard, the baby is usually shown from behind or completely hidden by the blanket. Examples: most sitcomes, e.g. The Office, Big Band Theory. Also the second act of Into the Woods. Is there a trope page about this? I tried Google and couldn't find anything.

Today, I put Series.Knuckles on the cut list when I meant to put the draft page Sandbox.Knuckles. Is there a way to make sure the mods know I made a mistake?
resolved Spoiler Tags and Warnings in a Recap’s YMMV/Trivia Live Action TV
Doing a larger cleanup of plagiarism on Doctor Who recap pages (you’ve probably seen me before if you’re a mod), and I’m wondering about a question about spoilers. Obviously there are no spoiler tags in recap pages, but what about said spoilers in a recap’s YMMV and Trivia pages?
For example, this is a trivia example from the episode “The Big Bang”:
- Word of God: The title of the episode isn't really about resetting the universe... it's about Amy's and Rory's wedding night and, as we find out next season, the resulting conception of River Song.
Similarly, there are spoiler warnings added by The Wild West Pyro (some of which were immediately removed). So I have to ask, are spoiler tags off for a recap’s YMMV and Trivia pages? Should they be re-worded to simply avoid spoilers?
Edited by CanuckMcDuck1resolved A goof in the Mr. Robot page Live Action TV
https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Series/MrRobot
There is a goof in the Disposingof A Body section:
Someone wrote that Mr. Robot and Elliot found Tyrell's dead body after he was shot and burned it with the white Dark Army van. That never happened. Tyrell walked away after he was shot and the last we see of him was looking at the blue light. The body that they burnt with the van was of the dead DA soldier who killed himself. We don't know till this day what happened to Tyrell.
resolved A goof at the Friends episode page: The One with the Joke Live Action TV
https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Recap/FriendsS6E13TheOneWithRachelsSister
I was reading the recap page for this episode and I noticed a mistake here. In the Actually a Good Idea part when they used the part in which Ross and Phoebe were covering for Jill's shopping and as a result of the apartment pants term, Rachel got the new idea. They instead wrote Chandler's name here and not Ross, despite the fact Ross was in the scene and not Chandler.
resolved American Horror Story: 1984 Fridge page "blanked" Live Action TV
I just noticed that the Fridge page for American Horror Story: 1984 was erased by Lukito 2014 and the text replaced with "I "deleted" the fridge section so you don't have to read the s&!ty theory that I've written. -Lukito 2014". I assume this should be either removed or reverted?
Edited by cannen144resolved Referenced By... shows without a page Live Action TV
Siberia 82 deleted some entries from ReferencedBy.Live Action TV with the edit reason "This section is ONLY for "Shows without a page" (as shown by the subtitle). The ones I removed have their own Trivia pages, and therefore they don't belong here." I assumed that "Shows without a page" just meant shows without their own Referenced by... page, and that copying over examples from shows' Trivia pages was crosswicking, which we're supposed to do. Which of us is right?
resolved I need help with this forum. Live Action TV
So this op thinks this TV show should be in a film forum. I mean this one. I tried to speak with the op but no reply and I double post so that other people decide whether this forum should stay or not. So what to do with it?
Edited by Bubblepigresolved How to mend this tropeslashing? Live Action TV
I'd like to fix this entry on Trivia. The Twilight Zone 1959 S 1 E 14 Third From The Sun but I'm not sure how. Could anyone more familiar with the show/the tropes help me out please?
- Dawson Casting/Underage Casting: The Sturkas' teenage daughter is played by 20-year-old Denise Alexander. Her father is played by 33-year-old Fritz Weaver.
resolved work title question Live Action TV
I know we normally prefer to use the English title, but I've got a bit of a conundrum with this one. There's a German Detective Drama originally titled SOKO Potsdam that was syndicated on PBS via Walter Presents as Luna + Sophie, but we only got the first three seasons because both title characters Luna and Sophie left the series after the third season.
So, should I still use the English title, or go with the German title since the series is ongoing?

Hi all,
Given that some characters’ entries for Shōgun (2024) are very heavily blanked out with spoiler tags, does it make more sense to simply add a bold spoiler warning at the top of the page? Is that a free action when pages are looking a bit Swiss cheese-ish? (I asked in the page's Discussion thread a couple of weeks ago, but no one has replied).
